Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026

Brainy Owl: Kids Brain Games (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a set of learning puzzle games for young children. We built it so that children can play without anyone collecting their personal information. This policy explains what happens to data when the app is used.

Summary

Information we collect

We do not collect, store or share any personal information from children or adults. We have no way to see who is using the app.

Information stored on the device

The app saves game progress and preferences (music, sound effects, vibration, chosen difficulty) in the device’s local storage so the child can continue where they left off. This data never leaves the device. You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset progress in the app, or by uninstalling the app.

Advertising

The app is free and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. We have configured every ad request to be:

To deliver and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical information such as IP address, device type, operating-system version and app version. Google handles this information under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Ads are never shown during gameplay itself; banners appear on menu screens, and full-screen ads appear only occasionally between levels.

Permissions

The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.

Parental gate

Settings, external links (such as this policy and the contact email) and the “skip level” video sit behind a simple grown-up check, so children are less likely to leave the app or skip a level by accident. The optional “+10 bonus stars” video in the Sticker Book can be started by a child; it shows a child-safe ad as described above.

Children’s privacy

The app is designed for children and follows the Google Play Families Policy. Because we collect no personal information, there is nothing for a parent to review or delete on our side. If you believe a child’s information has been collected through the app, please contact us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
