Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Brainy Owl: Kids Brain Games app (“the app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If the app is used by a child, the parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child’s behalf.
Using the app
The app is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may install it on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, resell, decompile or redistribute the app or its content, except where the law allows it.
Grown-up supervision
The app is made for young children. We recommend a parent or guardian helps set it up, chooses the settings and keeps an eye on screen time.
Ads
The app shows child-appropriate ads from Google AdMob to keep it free. We pick ad settings for children (see the Privacy Policy), but we do not create or control the content of individual ads. If you see an ad that seems unsuitable, please tell us so we can report it.
Your progress
Stars, levels and stickers are stored only on the device. They are not backed up by us and can be lost if the app is uninstalled, its data is cleared, or the device is reset. They have no cash value.
Content and ownership
The games, artwork, music and sounds in the app belong to the developer of Brainy Owl: Kids Brain Games or are used with permission. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
No warranty
We work hard to make the app fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
